Converting rpm to hertz is a single multiplication by 0.0166666667.
Hz = rpm × 0.0166666667
Put another way, one revolution per minute is exactly 1/60 of a hertz.
Why this factor: the revolution per minute and the hertz are both defined against the hertz, so dividing one definition by the other gives 0.0166666667 directly. Both definitions are set out in full below.
